Please note, if you are a Registered User and your EcoPoxy Account becomes inactive, EcoPoxy will retain your User Content, Personal Information associated with your EcoPoxy account, and any other records associated with your EcoPoxy account, for a period of six (6) months from the date the account became inactive, you are solely responsible for exporting any such information from your EcoPoxy account that you may wish to retain. Destruction of this information shall be completed as per the policies and procedures implemented by EcoPoxy to ensure the safe destruction of Personal Information.
WHY, HOW, AND TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
EcoPoxy may disclose your Personal Information for business or legal purposes to partners, distributors, agents, retailers and service providers as is reasonably necessary for these Third-Parties to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us.
Third-Party’s with access to your Personal Information have contractual obligations to use appropriate technical, physical and administrative security measures during any Processing of your Personal Information done by these Third-Parties.
