As part of EcoPoxy’s management team, the Sales Manager is responsible for front line management of all sales activities, supervision of the sales team and coordination of sales efforts with other members of EcoPoxy’s management team to fulfill EcoPoxy’s corporate strategy and objectives. The Sales Manager will ensure the Sales efforts maintain EcoPoxy’s brand integrity, its strategic positioning as a global industry leader, and a trusted advisor.
The Sales Manager is responsible to:
Oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive and cohesive sales efforts for all EcoPoxy products and services. Evaluate the success of sales strategies, provide, and implement recommendations to enhance their ROI.
Lead, supervise, coordinate, and train all sales team members, to complete the sales team functions (defined below), achieve Sales goals and objectives, while increasing revenue and profits.
Monitor sales team productivity and quality of work, provide constructive feedback and coaching to facilitate employee and team success
Conduct sales team annual performance reviews, setting performance and career goals that align with organizational needs and employee enrichment
Determine and communicate sales focused KPIs on a regular basis with the management team.
Work with the Sales Team, in collaboration with others on EcoPoxy’s team, to define and maintain the processes, procedures, tools and systems that allow the Sales team to effectively perform its functions. Ensure continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Ensure completion of initiatives within the specified deadlines, directing both the sales team and contractors in their projects, budgets, driving organizational ROI.
Contribute to the development and implementation of EcoPoxy corporate strategy and objectives
Respond to inquiries from the CEO, as required

The Sales team, under the supervision of the Sales Manager, will be responsible for the following functional activities:
Develop and maintain product knowledge and value proposition for all EcoPoxy products. Understand how the value proposition is unique against that of competitors’ products.
Provide industry leading customer service to support end users and retailers
Develop and Manage Sales Channel including, but not limited to:
Develop and manage key / target accounts by nurturing new business and collaborations to accomplish profit and sales revenue goals
Create organizational sales forecasts
Lead efforts to determine product and service pricing and profitability margins. Lead regular analysis on pricing effectiveness and recurring trends
Work closely with other EcoPoxy departments, such as Marketing and R&D, to:
